Terms & Conditions For Equipment Rentals

In order to maintain the highest qualities of both service & equipment available for rent, the following terms & conditions apply to all equipment rentals:

• All rentals are charged for time out not time used
• ABC Rental is not responsible for downtime due to weather.
• Payment is required at the time of rental unless previous arrangements have been made.
• A “damage waiver” of 14% of the rental amount is added to all contracts unless proof of insurance on rental equipment is provided prior to the rental.
• ½ day rental is 4 hours use from time picked up until time returned. 
• One day rental is 24 hours use from time picked up until time returned with up to 8 hours use on an engine meter.
• One week rental is 7 consecutive days use with up to 44 hours use on an engine meter.
• One month rental is 28 consecutive days use with up to 176 hours use on an engine meter.
• All rates are based on single shift use.  Double shifts are charged at 1.5 times standard rate and triple shifts are charged at 2 times standard rate.
• Delivery/pickup is available for an additional charge.
• Customer is responsible for proper lubrication, repair of all tire/track damage, glass, mirrors, lights, equipment damage and excessive wear of equipment in their possession.
